Hair Appointment Cancellation/No-Show Policy

Deposits on appointments will be applied to the total charge for services rendered. They are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Rescheduling with more than 24 hours' notice is acceptable. Any deposits made will be transferred and applied to the new appointment; however, repeated rescheduling may result in the same fees stated below:

Emergencies do come up, and I am willing to make considerations for them; however, cancellations less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in a separate charge of up to 50% of the original booking value. Any deposits will be transferred to a rescheduled appointment but will not apply toward any late cancellation fees. This is up to my discretion, but I will seek a fair resolution depending on the situation.
